Service Description

In these at-home sessions, we will explore the depths of the body's messages. Two hours to connect with all stored tension and its teachings, release what no longer serves you, and relax the mind. The session consists of a half-hour of conscious listening to everything that is present, followed by an hour and a half of massages and body therapy tailored to each woman's physical and psychological situation at that moment. I offer a combination of acupressure, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, and auriculotherapy, adapting to the woman's desires and needs, depending on whether it is a prenatal massage, part of the necessary postpartum care, or any other stage of her life. The herbal oils I use are my own, without any toxic ingredients or added aromas. I generally use only the highest quality olive oil infused with calendula, chamomile, and lavender (I can vary the composition, but it is always of natural origin and without essential oils). I have experienced the healing power of touch on multiple occasions and recommend it to women who also wish to experience feeling supported and pampered by a sister, especially during pregnancy or postpartum, where touch is one of the essential pillars, and often occurs in unwanted ways just when one is most vulnerable. Giving yourself the space to surrender and connect with yourself, with the security and tranquility that another woman conveys, is the greatest gift any mother deserves to receive.
