This is a space to reconnect with our feminine nature: mammalian, instinctive, and wild. Here we will remember together the immense wisdom our bodies and births hold, and how to reconnect with it.
Services
My intention is to offer a warm and safe space for women to reconnect, from conscious listening to personal stories in a circle or in an individual session, to the support and physical contact of a massage or in-person support at different stages of pregnancy and motherhood.
If you're looking to reconnect with other women and your body, are preparing for childbirth, need postpartum support, or are trying to process an old traumatic birth story, I'm here to walk alongside you.

In-person sessions will be held in Rocha, with the possibility of in-person sessions also being arranged in Maldonado and Montevideo, Uruguay.

About me:
My mother named me Natalia, which means "birthday"
I am an eternal student of feminine mysteries. Two of my greatest passions are ceramics and birth, and from this fusion, Cuenco Natal is born.
I guide women who desire freedom in their lives to embody their power through birth and conscious motherhood, supporting them in the process of recovering the wisdom available in these transformative rites of passage for themselves and their families.
